About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Tax Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Tax Compliance Centre, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional quality to our clients.
Our team brings together a centralized pool of tax professionals who continuously challenge themselves to modernize our corporate tax compliance function. We work with a wide variety of clients, from multinationals to family-owned businesses, providing them with expert advice on their corporate tax obligations and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
* Quality Reviews: Conduct thorough quality reviews of corporate tax client deliverables, including corporate tax returns, tax provisioning, tax accounting, and reporting work.
* Client Communication: Meet with financial services clients to explain key tax law changes and their impact on tax liability and/or reporting/disclosure obligations.
* Revenue Correspondence: Correspond with Revenue regarding Compliance Intervention Notifications.
* Global Collaboration: Interact with other Deloitte offices around the world as part of globally coordinated corporate tax compliance engagements.
* Tax Research: Research tax technical compliance matters, including the application of evolving global tax developments to Irish companies.
