Chief Leadership Position
The organisation is seeking a Chief to lead its vision, culture, and performance.
* Develop and implement the strategic plan for the organisation's future success.
* Represent the organisation nationally and internationally at Government, European Commission, and sectoral meetings.
* Ensure effective delivery of programmes, including Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, PeacePLUS, and other initiatives.
* Advocate for inclusive access to programmes, particularly for underrepresented groups.
* Maintain and enhance governance in line with national and EU codes.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead the Senior Management Team, fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and learning-oriented culture.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have significant senior leadership experience, ideally within public, education, or youth sectors.
They will have proven success in strategic planning, organisational change, and team leadership.
A strong understanding of EU programme management and public-sector governance is essential.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and advocacy skills are required.
