The Role:
Reporting to the Head of GTM Europe and Asia Pacific Developed, the GTM Manager for NPI will be responsible to drive accountability on NPI performance in Sales and Marketing teams across Europe & Asia Pacific Developed.

In this role you will:
Integrate NPI performance into our Rhythm of Business in terms of forecasting, planning & execution
Be accountable for the performance of NPI's, achieving revenue & profitability targets as well as strategic objectives
Drive new products introduction in Europe, making the link between categories, channels and markets on a daily basis
Drive cross country collaboration, share best practice and modify successful activities for execution in other countries, channels and/or customers
Be the main point of contact for all internal operational activities around NPI introductions in close collaboration with our GCO.
Ensure readiness of markets in order to launch new products
Lead Weekly Sales-out analysis to be measured, evaluated and recommendations made off the back of the results
Define & manage the GTM Plan in collaboration with the category heads & GTM teams
Be the lead support for the Head of GTM Europe and Asia Pacific Developed with day to day support, engagement and the main point of contact for any reactive requirements
Take a lead role in the weekly country calls and be available to support the country requirements on a day to day basis.
Be available to travel in-country to meet local teams and engage with sales functions whilst building a close working relationship with the markets.
Conduct market visits to ensure implementation excellence & suggestions for improvement.
Build a NPI culture in the organization (including onsite NPI trainings)
Work closely with the required teams to support with required initiatives
Harmonize countries marketing initiatives in relation to NPI introduction
Lead phase out of products in collaboration with the Cat Leads & Channel teams
Define and introduce new processes in the sales & marketing organization
Management and development of the operations teams for Europe
Your Skills:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Prior experience within the consumer electronics or accessories market space
Able to articulate and commercialize NPIs and to engage with both the Global teams and countries to ensure execution of the strategy
Passion for consumers and shoppers needs aligned with strong business dynamics
Experience having worked in matrix structure
Experience in product management in Europe
True ability to understand the business success of products
An optimistic personality with get up and go mentality
Someone with the ability to motivate and drive others to success
Innovative thinking and always looking for new, better ways and more effective solutions
Strong commercial sense and impact and results driven
Able to perform strong in a fast changing and challenging environment
