About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for providing support on day-to-day tasks and working closely with the Quality Manager and Assistant Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting: Create and update various reports to ensure accurate data is provided to stakeholders.
* Data Provision: Supply business-critical data to the Business Manager and Sales team.
* Customer Query Management: Respond promptly to customer day-to-day queries and concerns.

* CAPAs, OFIs, and Investigation Support: Assist with progress chasing, investigation, and decision-making related to quality.
* Audit Support: Support customer audits as requested, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
* Procedure Management: Update and administer procedures in Q-Pulse, ensuring compliance and adherence.
* Communication and Collaboration: Work effectively with the Management Team, Customer Services, and other stakeholders to drive quality initiatives forward.
Requirements:
* Microsoft Excel/Word Proficiency: Ability to operate Microsoft Excel and Word, including creating graphs, WI, and process maps.
* Attention to Detail: Possess an eye for detail and a quality-conscious mindset.
* Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Behaviours: Team player, open communicator, self-motivated, enthusiastic, methodical, and process-oriented.
