Elevate, Musgrave’s retail media & data solutions business, offers clients tailored media solutions across in-store, outdoor, online, and direct-to-consumer channels. We are inviting applications for the role of Brand Activations Manager within the Musgrave Elevate Team.
We welcome applications from Cork and Dublin.
Reporting to the Head of Elevate and working as part of the Elevate Leadership Team, the role includes:
* Creating and delivering campaign management strategies for Elevate across Ireland, Ireland, and the UK.
* Managing and executing the annual campaign and marketing calendars aligned with business and client goals.
* Maximizing brand campaign activations and operational plans to meet revenue targets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
* Collaborating with Marketing & Loyalty teams on campaign implementation and content management.
* Working with third-party vendors to ensure high standards of service delivery.
* Fostering cross-functional collaboration with Loyalty, SuperValu Online, and Brand Marketing teams.
* Leading and developing a high-performing team of Brand Activation Leads.
* Building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve strategic and commercial goals.
* Developing award-winning campaigns to enhance the Elevate brand.
* Monitoring campaign performance with Data & Insights teams and reporting on KPIs.
* Streamlining internal processes for efficiency.
* Supporting the Elevate Transformation project to implement new systems and ways of working.
* Staying updated on retail media trends, especially in brand activations and campaign performance.
Education, Skills & Experience:
* Third-level degree in Sales, Marketing, or relevant business discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years in Media Sales/Advertising, with knowledge of the Irish retail media market.
* Specialist qualification in Media, Digital Marketing, or Sales is advantageous.
* Strong commercial acumen, customer relationship, and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of industries outside FMCG, such as Health, Pharma, or Automotive, is beneficial.
* People management experience in leading high-performing teams.
* Ability to work effectively across teams and influence decision-making.
* Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
This is an 18-month contract.
