Job Title: Chief Financial Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Finance Director to lead our strategic finance and operations partnership with commercial and sales leadership across EMEA.
* Develop and implement KPI frameworks covering SSC productivity, efficiency, and financial performance.
* Liaise with stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage statutory reporting, local tax compliance, revenue recognition controls, cash management, payroll oversight, invoicing, and order-to-cash processes.
* Develop and maintain internal controls, governance frameworks, risk mitigation processes, and audit readiness across multi-country EMEA operations.
* Drive continuous improvement in finance operations through process standardisation, optimisation, and best-practice adoption.
* Lead and develop the SSC Finance team, managing direct and indirect reports across Ireland and EMEA.
Key Requirements:
* Strong understanding of finance operations, including accounting, treasury, and tax.
* Experience in implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and governance frameworks.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
