Role Overview:
This position involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive clinical support services to children and young individuals aged 0-18 years who present with complex needs associated with a disability.
Main Responsibilities:
* The role requires the selection, administration, and analysis of assessments in order to inform case formulation and programme development
* Developing behaviour management plans and providing supportive interventions to promote positive outcomes
* Facilitating individualised group and individual interventions aimed at addressing the unique needs of each child or young person
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in Psychology from a recognised university
* An Irish postgraduate professional psychology qualification is also essential
* Significant experience working with children who have disabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively within a team environment
