Construction Supervisor Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced construction supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities for civil, structural, and architectural works. The successful candidate will ensure that construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the execution of day-to-day site activities for civil, structural, and architectural works.
* Ensure that construction meets approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
* Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain a smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
* Monitor progress, quality, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements.
* Conduct regular inspections for concrete, rebar, formwork, steel structures, and architectural finishes to guarantee quality and adherence to specifications.
* Support quality assurance and control (QA/QC) activities, including site inspections and documentation.
* Enforce site safety regulations and promote a strong health and safety culture within the team.
* Report on-site progress, manpower, and material usage to the Construction Manager or Project Engineer in a timely manner.
