Our client is a long established company, it is based in Cork city suburbs, they provide products and services to a range industries throughout Ireland, and currently employs in excess of 100 people. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to increase their levels of professionalism.

Job Description
Direct Report To: CEO
How you will make an impact:
As HR Manager, you will play a key role as a trusted partner, mentor, and driver of transformation for the Site leadership of Cork city and all our activities around Ireland. To achieve this, you will translate HR processes in the areas of talent management, organizational development, performance management, career development, employee relations, diversity, compensation planning, and change leadership into practical HR procedures and actions.
Workforce: 100 and growing at various levels in the group.
What you will contribute:
Talent Advocate
Support talent attraction and management, including recruitment, assessment, and development to champion a positive culture built upon our group values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.
Leadership development
Deliver mentorship to people managers regarding HR policies and employee training needs. Support colleagues in the navigation of employee relations matters, including performance management, grievance, or disciplinary processes.
Project/Process Management
Lead HR and process improvement projects and support annual HR processes, as well as coordinate effective compensation equity and planning. Engage with merger, acquisition and divestment activities.
How you will get here:
Education:
Ideally CIPD qualified with a relevant degree in Human Resources or related experience.
Experience:
* Minimum 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience in a Irish environment.
* Employee relations experience.
* Excellent MS Office.
* Workday experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Must model the highest degree of ethical behaviour and maintain confidential information.
* Proficient critical thinking and analytical skills, regularly turning data into insights and action.
* Broad knowledge of human capital practices including (but not limited to): performance review processes, performance management, proactive employee relations, issue investigation and resolution, and recruiting.
* Understanding of Irish labour and employment law.
* Project management, process improvement, communication, and presentation skills.
* Effective consultation skills with the ability to influence leaders.
* Excellent English, spoken and written.
