Commercial Administrator
An established and growing supplier to the construction industry is seeking a Commercial Administrator to join its dynamic and supportive team. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the successful delivery of large-scale building projects across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
8. Provide administrative and project support to the Contracts Manager on a range of commercial projects.
9. Coordinate with internal teams and on-site managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and project documentation.
10. Handle incoming enquiries from project sites, ensuring efficient follow-up and communication.
11. Review weekly subcontractor and fitter invoices, verifying that all claimed works have been approved by the main contractor.
12. Set up new projects and maintain accurate data across project management systems.
13. Upload drawings, plans, and documentation to relevant platforms for site use.
14. Prepare and share installation and progress documentation with contractors, ensuring regular updates and sign-offs.
Requirements
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems.
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
17. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
18. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
19. Prior experience in an administrative role within the construction or engineering sector is highly desirable.
