OverviewOperational Resilience Manager role at Intact Insurance IE. The position is part of the First Line of Defence, providing technology resilience assurance to the business, identifying risks, recommending improvement actions, supporting controls implementation, and validating control design and effectiveness. The company emphasises employee development, learning opportunities, and a collaborative culture.Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Compliance: Execute the Resilience Management System to ensure compliance with prevailing operational resilience regulations, including the Cross Industry Guidance on Operational Resilience and the Digital Operational Resilience Act (EU) 2022/2554.Situational Readiness Posture: Maintain currency of the Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans; coordinate and support responses to live service disruptions; communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution; demonstrate and assure plan effectiveness through exercising and testing.Third Party Management: Coordinate and manage third-party partners to support business continuity objectives; respond to formal and informal customer requests with high-quality responses; assess third-party business continuity posture via Third-Party Risk Assessments.Exercising and Testing: Design, coordinate, and execute the annual exercise and test programme (including third parties where applicable); remediation of findings; business continuity performance reporting; manage relationships with business users during exercising and live invocations; deliver training and awareness programs to foster resilience.Other: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners (e.g., Allianz Technology) to ensure integrated resilience strategies; administer and support group-wide operational risk tools and systems, including configuration and maintenance of Riskonnect and related matters.RequirementsApproximately 5 years’ experience, preferably in Financial Services.Background in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, or related components.Experience with Exercising and Testing (E&T).Recognised business continuity or resilience-related certification.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Information Technology and Project ManagementIndustries: Insurance, Financial Services, and IT Services/IT ConsultingIntact Insurance Ireland DAC and its affiliate companies consider applicants on the basis of qualifications and without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation, disability or any other legally protected status.
