Job Title: Community Health Professional
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate community health professional to join our team.
This role will involve working as a full-time community nurse, based in County Louth, providing disability services and support to individuals with complex needs.
* 40 hours per week
* Monday to Friday
Candidates must possess current registration with the National Medical Council of Ireland (NMBI) and hold a valid driving license. Experience in ID services is highly desirable but not essential.
