Human Resources Business Partner
This is a strategic role within our organization, where you will be working closely with leaders to drive business objectives through effective human resources strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
* Drive employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, as well as recognition initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
* Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance management, coaching, and career development strategies that support the growth of our employees.
* Oversee the operational aspects of HR, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, while also driving digital transformation in the department.
* Develop and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, supporting their career advancement.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, preferably within the aviation or aerospace sector, or similar high-growth industries.
* A strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and workforce planning principles.
* Proven expertise across HR operations, learning and development, and talent management.
