Medical Sales Specialist - (Leinster Territory)

This is a field-based role covering Leinster, focused on developing strong customer partnerships and growing an established portfolio in woundcare and medical consumables.

The role
Manage and develop key accounts across Leinster
Grow existing business while identifying and securing new opportunities
Build relationships with clinical and procurement stakeholders
Support tenders and expand HSE presence
Deliver product training to customers and healthcare staff
Coordinate installations, service support, and implementation programmes
Track market activity and identify upcoming opportunities
Manage territory planning, reporting, and sales performance
What you'll bring
Proven medical sales or field sales experience
Experience in woundcare, infection prevention, or medical devices is an advantage
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy field-based schedule
Commercially driven with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously
Full clean driver's licence
