Site Manager (Industrial Fit-Out)
A leading Irish construction specialist delivering high-quality interior and technical solutions across commercial, data centre, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors is seeking an experienced Site Manager for an industrial fit-out project based in South Tipperary.

Role & Duties
Deliver projects in line with Safety First guiding principles
Ensure site induction training is completed for all personnel under company control
Develop and implement safe systems of work, including task-specific risk assessments
Manage control of materials, plant, and equipment to minimise loss, waste, and unnecessary costs
Issue RFIs to the design team as required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date site daily diaries
Oversee day-to-day site coordination and construction activities
Ensure works are installed in line with approved drawings and specifications
Carry out regular inspections to ensure compliance with contract requirements and variations
Support implementation of environmental management plans
Maintain site establishment, welfare facilities, and overall site presentation standards
Requirements
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practice
High level of awareness of health & safety standards and site safety management
Understanding of construction contracts and commercial awareness
Knowledge of procurement processes for subcontractors and materials
Familiarity with management systems and site documentation
Previous site/construction management experience in regulated environments (pharma, industrial, data centre, etc. preferred)
Full clean driver's licence
Eligible to work in Ireland without a work permit
Salary & Package
€70k-€80k+ (depending on experience)
