Our client, a leading professional organisation, is seeking a Member and Digitisation Support Executive to join their team in Dublin 2 (2 days per week WFH). This position plays a key role in supporting members, advancing the organisations digital strategy, and contributing to data-driven insights that enhance member value. Its an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys combining member engagement, policy development, and digital innovation in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Member Support Act as the first point of contact for members, providing professional support and guidance on best practices and standards. Manage queries related to professional codes, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks. Support members in using digital tools, platforms, and online systems. Draft clear and engaging member communications, policies, and guidelines. Monitor industry and legislative changes impacting members and assist in developing updated resources. Policy & Research Contribute to policy and research projects through data gathering, analysis, and reporting. Assist in the preparation of data-driven submissions, reports, and publications. Support the creation of practical guidance materials for members. Digital Strategy & Programme Support Collaborate with internal teams to support the implementation of the organisations digital strategy. Assist with the design and delivery of digitisation initiatives that improve member experience. Governance & Administration Provide administrative support to committees and stakeholder forums. Manage and maintain member data, surveys, and CRM systems. Support general organisational projects and priorities as required. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong writing ability, capable of drafting policies, reports, and guidance materials. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data handling, CRM systems, and survey design. Strong organisational and time management skills. Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Interest in digital transformation, sustainability, and professional standards. Qualifications & Experience Third-level qualification in policy, communications, digital transformation, data analysis, or a related discipline. Previous experience in a membership organisation, professional body, or similar environment is desirable. Experience drafting professional documents, policy papers, or guidance notes. Strong competence in digital tools and CRM platforms. Familiarity with digitisation or sustainability initiatives is an advantage.
