Change and Integration Leader
The Change and Integration Leader will drive organisational transformation through the management of a diverse portfolio of projects, including M&A integrations, IT and non-IT initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Executive Leadership to shape annual strategic change portfolio, considering project timing, dependencies, and resource availability.
* Oversee delivery of strategic projects portfolio, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
* Apply structured project management methodologies and provide coaching to project teams.
* Define and measure success metrics, assess change impacts, and manage key stakeholders.
M&A Integration:
* Partner with M&A team from due diligence phase to develop integration plans.
* Build integration plans alongside subject matter experts.
* Monitor project execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery, including realisation of identified synergies.
Operational Resilience:
* Develop and maintain European operational resilience framework aligned with group standards while supporting local autonomy.
* Guide business units in identifying Important Business Services (IBS), setting impact tolerances, and conducting scenario testing.
* Coordinate resilience initiatives such as simulations, tabletop exercises, and crisis response planning.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of change management experience with direct engagement at leadership level.
* Strong understanding of change processes, particularly how individuals and organisations adapt to change.
* Demonstrated experience in M&A integration.
