Job Title: Assistant Manager
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Assistant Manager. As a key member of our front-line operations, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Site Manager in operating the business in strict accordance with our operational procedures.
* Maintain excellent customer service standards by providing a positive experience for all customers.
* Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
* Ensure adherence to our company's policies, procedures, and brand standards at all times.
* Take on additional responsibilities as required, including assuming responsibility for the site in the absence of the Site Director/Site Manager.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
* A can-do attitude with strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
* The ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
