What You Will Be Responsible For
As Middle Office Treasury, Associate 2
* Full understanding of the cash and trade settlements process.
* Assist the team with any cash processing, discrepancy queries & reconciliation of cash breaks.
* Interact with clients and brokers regarding cash and settlement issues and processes.
* Assist with launching new clients and funds in Treasury system applications.
* Review end of day management reports and resolve outstanding issues.
* Complete sign off on end of day process and check lists.
* Adhere to risk, regulation and compliance programs and applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
* Implement system enhancements and perform business unit acceptance testing for Treasury application.
* During the course of normal day to day operation, responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and must report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
* Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business-related area (minimum 2.2 honors degree)
* IT Literate
Additional Requirements
* 2+ years of experience.
* Proficient understanding on Fed, chaps and swift wire processing.
* Working knowledge on financial products.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
* Hybrid working model-require 4 days at office.
