Job Description Misty Croft, a company within the Daffodil Care Group is hiring for our Waterford service, we are recruiting a Social Care Team Leader for our residential based service for separated children seeking international protection.
Our residential centre is based in Annestown, Waterford.

Separated children seeking international protection are aged under 18, are outside their country of origin, who may be in need of international protection and are separated from their parents or their legal/customary care giver.
About The Role The successful candidate will possess: · A minimum level 8 degree in Social Care and 3 years' experience of working in a social care grade with young people OR · Level 7 in Social Care and a relevant management qualification and 3 years' experience of working at a social care grade with young people.
· Strong experience in and demonstrated ability to empower others to achieve.
· Personal attributes of positivity, flexibility and problem-solving attitude as well as empathy and maturity are essential.
· A current full clean Driving License prior to commencement of employment.
