Construction Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with quality standards.
* Manage site operations and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently
* Coordinate and supervise contractors, tradespeople, and project teams
* Monitor progress, manage schedules, and report to stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and health & safety legislation
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders as needed. Handle on-site problem solving and maintain strong operational standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum 35 years experience as a Construction Manager (essential for Ireland-based projects)
* Strong knowledge of Irish construction standards, building codes, and H&S regulations
* Proven track record of successfully delivering residential and commercial projects
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to read and interpret project documentation
