Role Description
You will lead our dynamic team in one of Europe's busiest yacht clubs, driving excellence in member experiences, operations, and community growth.
Reporting to the General Manager and Rear Commodore Sailing, you will function as Irish Sailing Centre Principal, blending seasonal energy (April–October peaks) with year-round strategy.
The role will be located in Dún Laoghaire.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
Prior experience with marine/ yacht club/ commercial/ recreational sailing operations or similar environment
Excellent organizational and management skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
