Management Leadership Role
This is a senior management position within a busy leisure centre where you will have the opportunity to lead a team and take full ownership of daily operations.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in management, preferably in leisure, hospitality or retail.
* Take charge of daily operations and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
* Provide strong leadership and exceptional customer service skills
You will be responsible for membership growth, sales, and staff management. The General Manager will oversee cash handling, inventory, and budget control.
