Job Opportunity: Branch Operations Manager

Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise and lead a high-performing team, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and business development initiatives.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and stock control.
* Support the Branch Manager in maintaining operational continuity, deputizing as required.
* Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to maximize sales opportunities.
* Lead the trade counter team to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with proven experience in supervisory or management roles within builders' providers or related industries.
* Strong commercial awareness, sales experience, and product knowledge of building materials and related trades.
* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service, combined with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
* Competency in Microsoft Office and relevant POS/inventory systems, along with a full, clean driving license.
