Noble Fitout Ltd, a growing fit-out and construction company in Carlow, is looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant & Administrator to join our office team.
This role combines finance support with general office administration — perfect for someone organised, detail-oriented, and experienced with Sage.
Responsibilities
Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, GRNs, and payments
Assist with payroll and employee expense reconciliation
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintain financial and project records
Assist with month-end and year-end accounts preparation
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve account queries
General office administration, emails, filing, and document control
Requirements
Experience using Sage accounting software (required)
Previous experience in an accounts and/or administrative role (construction/fit-out experience beneficial)
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and Irish financial regulations
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
