Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all aspects of construction activities from start to finish, including site preparation, progress tracking, and quality control.
* Organize work schedules and delegate tasks effectively to the site team.
* Liaise with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers to meet project objectives.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years' proven experience in residential house building projects in Ireland.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
