We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our HR team as a Senior Analyst.
* This role involves collaborating closely with business teams to develop integration and enhancement solutions in the Oracle HRMS suite of applications.
* You will be responsible for developing and implementing functional/technical solutions that meet the requirements of the HR and Payroll business teams.
About the Role:
* Support HR and Payroll business teams through independent work.
* As a Business Systems Analyst, you will interact with business users to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their goals.
* Document configurations, functional designs, and technical designs.
* Configure Flex-fields, Employee Templates, Special Information Types, and Extra Information types based on business requirements.
* Develop custom solutions using PL-SQL, APEX, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports as needed to meet business requirements.
* Participate in key HR projects like upgrades and migrations.
* Provide day-to-day support to HR business users using helpdesk ticketing systems.
* Assist other team members with their project commitments.
* Collaborate with Oracle technical support on technical issues (logging SR's).
