, you will be responsible for managing accounting functions and supporting budgeting and audit activities.
You will also be a key resource on cash flow, banking, and financial analysis, working closely with different teams to support operational initiatives, inventory and business reporting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare monthly management accounts, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
Carry out balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Analyse financial and operational performance variances.
Manage accounts receivable processes and debt control procedures.
Monitor company cash flows; conduct bank reconciliations.
Assist with sales and capital budgets and maintain asset registers.
Support inventory reviews and analyse stock variances.
Prepare VAT returns and coordinate grant applications.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards.
What Are We Looking For?
Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
Background in financial accounting and month-end reporting.
Experience working with budgets, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
Familiarity with VAT and audit preparation.
Advanced Excel skills and strong organisational ability.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Experience in a manufacturing or operational finance environment is a plus.
