Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented administrator to contribute to the effective operation of administrative functions in our General Practice Department.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Microsoft Office and possess excellent organizational skills, including data management, customer service, and reporting.
The successful candidate will be well-suited to a fast-paced environment and will have a professional approach to delivering an administrative service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Coordinating education activities relevant to GP Specialty Training
* Organizing courses and preparing materials for GP Trainees and Trainers
* Supporting the Executive Officers with the preparation, organization, and setup of activities undertaken by the GP Specialty Training team
* Utilizing the Microsoft Office system and assisting with the accurate updating of GP databases and electronic records managed by the GP Department
