Main Purpose of Job: Assist with the smooth running of the Terrace Bar serving food & beverage to guests and tending to the lobby area of the hotel also.
Main Duties:
Interact with guests to take drink and food orders.
Communicate with kitchen for food ordering.
Ensure prompt delivery of beverage & food to the guest.
Have working knowledge of coffee, tea, blended drinks, alcoholic beverages and food that is served in the Terrace.
Handle cash according to procedures.
Familiarise yourself with SOP's for the Terrace and ensure cleanliness of area using sign off sheets.
Be familiar with all hotel amenities and other F&B outlets.
Assist with functions where applicable.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Flexibility.
Bar tending experience.
Previous Cocktail/Barista experience an advantage.
An energetic personality.
