LOCATION Dublin HOURS OF WORK 45 Hours 07:******:00 Monday to Friday REPORTS TO Shared Services Manager ROLE PROFILE: Ensure that incoming deliveries and paperwork conform to customer orders and administrative requirements.
Ensure regular safety checks of equipment and machines used during the working day are carried out, results recorded and defects or faults reported.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following: General management of depot facilities in terms of maintaining a safe, tidy and controlled work environment.
Recording and reporting of material/plant deliveries and collections at the depot location.
Recording and reporting of delivery/collection of company and/or hired assets and machinery to suppliers/site locations.
Recording and reporting of issue and return of assets and equipment to site personnel.
Ad hoc plant and vehicle inspections as required by the Plant & Transport Coordinator.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The postholder should have previous experience of working in an industrial/construction environment, preferably with experience of handling stock and equipment.
Accurate record keeping and attention to detail in respect of reporting are required with well-established skills in using Microsoft Office applications.
ESSENTIAL: Full and clean, current driving license.
DESIRED: C/C1E entitlement on driving license.
Safe Pass.
