Order Fulfillment Centre Manager
The Society is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Order Fulfillment Centre Manager to join our Warehouse division in OFC West Region, Co. Mayo.
This is a permanent full-time contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Order Fulfilment Centre facility, overseeing employees, CE participants, TUS workers, and volunteers in line with employment legislation.
* Ensure that OFC operations and fleet are fully compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
* Coordinate the collection, sorting, and distribution of donated goods across Vincent's shops (13 currently) and some locations outside the region.
* Maintain an effective in-stock service by product category to fulfil stock orders.
* Liaise with all shop managers to ensure needs are met and full record keeping of all stock movements.
* Engage with an EPOS system to efficiently monitor pick-ups and sales at each location.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Leaving Certificate or equivalent Diploma or BSc in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (desirable)
* Experience: 3-5 years managing a warehouse, distribution, and logistics function within a complex environment
* Managing warehouse and fleet operations in line with Health & Safety requirements
* Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs regularly
* Experience in producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
