We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing daily site operations with confidence and accountability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, blueprints, specifications, and applicable building codes and safety regulations. You will also have proven knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
In this role, you will drive productivity across teams while managing people, paperwork, and site performance. You will motivate subcontractors to meet deadlines and deliver quality outcomes, identify and solve problems before they escalate to the project manager, and take charge of day-to-day planning, including HSEQ, progress tracking, and team coordination.
To succeed in this position, you will need to maintain and update project programmes to keep timelines realistic and achievable, lead effective site meetings focused on clear actions and tangible results, and ensure high-quality, snag-free delivery that meets client expectations without compromise.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience), and at least 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
