Customer Service Representative Role
As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be the initial point of contact for customer calls, showroom visitors, and email enquiries. This role seamlessly combines customer service, administration, and sales support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and manage calls, emails, and general enquiries
* Welcome customers to the showroom and provide initial product information
* Book appointments and jobs (installations, surveys, service calls)
* Process deposits and payments
* Assist with sales follow-ups and quotations
* Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative systems
The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or retail, excellent phone manner and email communication skills, strong organisational and multitasking abilities, and confidence handling bookings and payments. Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office / CRM systems) is essential. Experience in heating, plumbing, trade counter, or a similar industry is advantageous.
