Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.
10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, public policy, or government affairs, with a focus on infrastructure, water, sustainability, or technology sectors.
Preferred qualifications: MBA, JD, or Master's degree in Public Policy or a related field.
Experience structuring and executing public-private partnerships (PPPs) for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Understanding of the global data center value chain.
Ability to propose creative solutions commercially and technically.
Ability to work in ambiguous, collaborative, and fast-moving environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among executives and government officials.
