We're looking for a tech-savvy and hands-on problem-solver to keep our state-of-the-art arcade and casino machines running flawlessly. If you have a passion for tinkering, a knack for electronics, and love the satisfaction of a successful repair, this is the role for you. You'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring maximum uptime and an incredible customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Build, Fix, Maintain: You'll be responsible for everything from installing new machines to performing complex electrical and mechanical repairs.
2. Become the Expert: Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues on our PC-based gaming systems.
3. Support the Team: Act as the technical guru for our floor staff, helping them understand and resolve customer-facing tech issues.
4. Own Your Workshop: Manage spare parts, control stock levels, and procure what you need to get the job done.
5. Drive Improvement: Keep meticulous records, help train fellow technicians, and always look for ways to make things better.
6. Stay Safe: Champion and adhere to the highest Health & Safety standards.
What We're Looking For:

Your Toolkit (Essential Skills):
11. 1+ years of hands-on repair experience (PCs, laptops, phones, etc.) OR a relevant electronics qualification.
12. Expert-level soldering and component-replacement skills.
13. Proven experience in fault-finding and debugging electronics.
14. A full, clean driver's license and your own vehicle.
15. Flexibility for travel to Cork City 2 days a week.
