Chief Medical Scientist – Quality Management
The Coombe Hospital is one of the largest providers of women and newborn health care in the Republic of Ireland, caring for up to 10,000 pregnant women annually and over 1,000 newborns in the NICU.
The hospital also performs more than 8,000 adult surgical operations each year and provides comprehensive care at local, regional, and national levels.
The Hospital is a national tertiary referral centre for specialised services in maternal and fetal medicine, neonatology, gynaecology, and anaesthesia, with a strong academic portfolio, including two University Departments of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and the National Cervical Cytology Training Centre.
