Job Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive professional to collaborate with stakeholders on equipment management and quality control initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Register new equipment and instrumentation in the CMMS following established change control procedures.
* Update supplier quality management systems for spare parts in accordance with change control protocols.
* Manage documentation related to the CMMS and supplier quality management system.
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders to obtain approval and execute tasks efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent data management skills with attention to detail.
* Experience and proficiency in document management systems, office applications, and analytical software.
* Background working in GMP environments and quality management systems.
* Familiarity with maintenance systems structure and applications.
* Able to think analytically, drive results through data, and maintain high levels of accuracy.
