We are searching for an imaginative and versatile Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Radisson RED Galway.

About The Role:
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, as the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you're all about creating unforgettable moments.
You will be the face of our F&B outlets, ensuring our guests enjoy every sip, bite, and beat You'll lead by example, making sure our service is sharp, our presentation on point, and our team pumped to deliver the best experience in Galway town
You'll oversee daily operations in the restaurant, bar, and beyond, ensuring everything runs smoothly from open to close.
You'll work with the kitchen and bar teams to keep our offerings innovative and exciting while managing staff schedules, service standards, and guest interactions.
Plus, you'll make sure every shift hits the right notes, from the atmosphere to the last plate served.
You are someone who brings the energy, creativity, and a love for great food and drinks You know how to lead a team, inspire service with a smile and our signature YES I CAN attuide, and keep the energy high, no matter how busy it gets.
With your passion and attention to detail, you'll make sure Radisson RED's F&B experience is always fresh, flavourful, and unforgettable
Minimum experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in food & beverage service.
Minimum education: National academic qualifications / Degree in Hospitality Management preferable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the food & beverage service are delivered to the highest levels, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.
Working proactively to help maximise guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies where key food and beverage metrics are identified, communicated and delivered where reports and tracking tools are effectively maintained in line with defined initiatives & targets.
Effectively motivated the team within the department, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance whilst reflecting and promoting the company culture and values.
Build and maintain effective working relationship with all key stakeholders and partners both internal and external ensuring all communications and activities are controlled and undertaken in a timely manner.
Ensures adherence to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
Competencies & Skills Requirements:
Proven experience in a food and beverage position, ideally within a hotel environment
Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to adapt to changing environments
Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
Outstanding analytical and strategic skills improving the business from a financial perspective
Excellent ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures in a global environment
Skilled with Microsoft Office software, especially in Excel
An open, positive and communicative personality
Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
