Business Development Executive
Location: North County Dublin | Salary: €45, – €55, (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (OTE €70, – €,+)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join a growing company within the Irish energy sector.
This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and driving business growth in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the commercial and industrial sectors.
2. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, delivering bespoke energy and sustainability solutions.
3. Prepare and present tailored sales proposals and tenders to potential clients.
4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers and exceptional service delivery.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to company growth and success.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Skills & Experience
7. Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally involving consultative or solution-based selling.
8. Familiarity with the Irish energy market is an advantage, though not essential – full product and industry training will be provided.
9. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
10. Highly motivated, commercially focused, and target-driven.
11. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
12. Full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel when required.
