We are seeking an experienced Optical Professional to fill a key role in our store management team. As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing aftersales support and contributing to individual and team sales targets.
* Provide superior levels of customer service at all times
* Collaborate with Optometrists to ensure consistent quality handovers
* Manage aftersales service, including complaints and problem resolution
* Contribute to achievement of individual and team sales targets using effective professional sales techniques
