Overview
Site Administrator required for a new development in Sligo. Background in construction would be an advantage.
Providing all administrative support to the site team. Reporting to Site Manager.
Responsibilities
* Engage with materials and plant suppliers for quotes and create purchase orders.
* Upload and download information to client and company portal
* Receive deliveries and update the system.
* Organise site supplies and services (stationary, office cleaning…)
* Scan and file site documents.
* Prepare reports, minutes as required by operational managers.
* Any other ad hoc activities that IQA may require.
Requirements
* 3 – 4 years high volume administration experience required, construction site administration experience would be an advantage.
* Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively both verbally and in writing
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong system skills i.e., Word, Excel etc.
* Ability to process a high volume of documents daily.
* Car owner with full licence essential.
