We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join our team at a well-established law firm in County Kerry.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in practice, be proficient in case management systems, and possess excellent multitasking skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparing legal documents, including court papers and contracts.
* Providing administrative support to solicitors.
* Managing office operations, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
* Maintaining accurate records and filing documents with the court on time.
* Transcribing and proofreading legal documents.

Requirements:

* 1+ year of experience as a paralegal or legal secretary.
* Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation.
* Proficiency in litigation management software.
* Typing speed of at least 50 wpm with high accuracy.
* Microsoft Office skills.
* Effective prioritization and meeting deadlines.
