IT Support Engineer Position
This IT Support Engineer role offers exposure to various systems and infrastructure in a leading engineering and technology organization.
Key responsibilities include:
* First and second-line support for users across desktop, server, and network environments.
* Hardware, operating system, and Microsoft 365 application installation, configuration, and maintenance.
* User account management, access permissions, and group policies through Active Directory.
* Troubleshooting of connectivity issues, VPNs, and local network faults.
* Setting up new offices and project sites, including device and network configuration.
* Documentation, asset registers, and ticket tracking within the IT system.

* 2-4 years' experience in a similar IT Support or Systems Engineer role.
* Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory administration.
* Understanding of network fundamentals.
* Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, and remote management tools.
