Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior professionals
Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Ensure efficient day-to-day operations through proactive organisation and prioritisation
Travel & Coordination
Arrange complex travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, and logistics
Prepare travel documentation and meeting materials
Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and conferences
Financial & Billing Support
Manage expense reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies
Support billing processes, including time entry, invoicing, and tracking outstanding payments
Liaise with finance teams to ensure efficient billing cycles
Client & Team Interaction
Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external clients
Support relationship management and business development activities
Maintain CRM systems and update client records
Administrative & Compliance Support
Assist with onboarding processes, including documentation and compliance checks
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date
Support internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement
Key Requirements
Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, professional environment
Skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience managing travel, billing, and administrative processes
Personal Attributes
