Job Role:
A Supervisor will assist and support management with the development of a quality program, building positive relationships with parents, children and families. The role involves assuming assistant manager duties in their absence and modeling exemplary performance.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, diligent, and has strong interpersonal and communication skills. They must be fluent in English, have computer knowledge, and be flexible with a deep understanding of child development stages and Early Years Curriculum principles.
