Key Responsibilities:

* Take a lead role in service planning, innovation, and development within the psychology service, driving excellence through evidence-based practice.
* Delegate tasks effectively and support the development of junior staff members, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
* Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring best practices are implemented across the service.
* Represent the psychology service at internal and external meetings and conferences, promoting professional standards and ethics.
* Act as a mandated person under the Children First National Guidelines, upholding the highest standards of professional and ethical practice.
