Restaurant Sous Chef
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant environment. They will also possess strong knowledge and genuine passion for Italian cuisine, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
* Assist the Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations.
* Support in menu development, ensuring consistency in Italian-inspired dishes.
* Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
* Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
* Monitor stock levels and control food costs effectively.
* Ensure full compliance with HACCP and all food safety regulations.
* Lead by example during busy service periods to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant environment.
* Possess strong knowledge and genuine passion for Italian cuisine.
* Have excellent leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
* Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen.
* Have knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
* Be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
