JOB TITLE: Industrial Supervisor Wednesday to Sunday
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key duties include but are not limited to:
Working with and supervising the industrial team to carry out site-specific cleaning tasks as per specifications supplied and instructions from the Operations Co-ordinator or designated person to include but not limited to: deep cleaning of facilities, carpet cleaning, window cleaning (traditional & pole wash), catering areas deep cleaning, bio-hazard cleaning, working at height, external work, pressure washing.
Report to Operations Manager and liaise with Operations Coordinator or designated person for the completion of work on a day-to-day basis.
Complete assigned industrial work at our clients' sites to the highest standards.
Liaise with clients to ensure completion of work.
Supervise And work along the operations staff to ensure the completion of work satisfactorily.
Complete appropriate paperwork
Comply with Health and Safety requirements both on client site and company premises.
Supervise all staff with regard to work standards, dress code, conduct and behaviour.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
The ideal candidate must have:
excellent command of English, written and spoken.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Full clean driving licence
.
Be a team player and have the ability to supervise a crew of operatives on site.
Ability to prioritize workload and manage their own and crew's time efficiently.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Good personal presentation.
Ability to work on own initiative and be a confident and calm person.
EXPERIENCE:
Industry experience and knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and methods are essential.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Industry.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Hours:
Flexible 40 hours per week Wednesday to Sunday - with an emphasis on flexibility to suit the nature of our business (includes some evenings Wednesday to Friday/Tuesday to Thursday).
Nationwide travel may be required occasionally.
Rate: €***** per hour.
(40 hours, up to 45h flat rate, over 45h overtime at 1.25 rate.
