Project Coordination Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and effective Project Coordination Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design, construction, commissioning, and handover activities associated with Mechanical, Electrical, and Process upgrade works at the Wastewater Treatment facility in the North East.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage site documentation, including signage, audits, method statements, reports, and site sub-contractor documentation.
* Plan and schedule construction activities, procure and expedite materials and equipment, and review project costs and report on progress.
* Research and suggest options for construction means, methods, and equipment, and ensure the completion of safety files.
* Oversee the commissioning and validation of the plant and mechanical systems, and ensure that all installations are completed on time and within budget.
* Collaborate with engineers, safety personnel, and M&E installation personnel to achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in PC skills to include MS office and project software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
* A collaborative approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
